2018-2019 Membership Requirements

 

The following are the requirements necessary to vote during the two Business Meetings scheduled in the 2018- 2019 calendar year, as well as during any special votes occurring via electronic survey.

 

Dues:  Dues must be paid to the Club Treasurer no later than the club event (volunteer event or social event) in the month prior to an election. Dues rates are $25 for the club fiscal year, or $35 if paying by credit card.

 

Meeting Attendance: All members are required to attend the two Business Meetings (Fall = Grant Presentation and vote to select Grant Recipient. Spring = Bylaw Revision and Election). Business meeting absences may be excused by contacting the Club’s President.

 

Community: All members required to attend one Community Service/Volunteer event and one Club Social event, in addition to inviting one potential member to any scheduled event, prior to the Spring Business meeting in order to vote at the Spring Business meeting.

 

Special Event:  A Special Event/Fundraiser may not occur each fiscal year. In years where one is scheduled, requirements are established by the Board based on the Special Event.

Active membership of Junior Hospitality entitles you to voting rights during Business Meetings and an invitation to all volunteer and social events of the 2023-2024 Club year.


The following are the requirements necessary for Club membership privileges:

 

  • Dues:  Dues must be paid to the Club Treasurer no later than the club event (volunteer event or social event) in the  month prior to an election. Active Member dues are $40 for the Club fiscal year. 

  • Meeting Attendance: All members are required to attend the annual Business Meeting. Business meeting absences may be excused by contacting the Club's President in advance of the meeting.

 

  • Community: Active members are required to attend one Community Service/Volunteer event and one Club Social event prior to the Annual Business meeting.
